KTM ‘Group’ 150EXC/XC-W 2024-On Cylinder Head

This Billet Cap and CNC machined TSP head insert suits KTM ‘GROUP’ 150EXC/XC-W 2024-on models with the new 150 TBI (Throttle body injection) engine.

This will not suit 150SX/XC Models

You will receive one (1) cylinder head & Insert for your make/model and a cylinder head o-ring and washer kit so you can bolt it straight on!

Our key TSP Head features are:

• Improved throttle performance in the whole RPM range
• Smoother throttle response
• Improved combustion chamber design that gives more performance from bottom to top
• Reduced risk of detonation

The head/insert is highly recommended to be used in conjunction with our TSP tune for optimal results

All TSP mods are designed and dyno tested in-house at TSP so you can be sure you’re getting reliable performance for local conditions.
